The Denver Chapter of RCI Inc. has scheduled a joint seminar with CRA to bring Reid Ribble, NRCA's President, in as a guest speaker. Tuesday, February 5, 2019 (1 PM to 4 PM) Q1 Meeting - RCI/CRA Joint Meeting On Denver Green Buildings Ordinance

Location: Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver, 5445 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, Arvada, CO 80002

This is a joint meeting and info session between Colorado Roofing Association (CRA) and RCI to provide an overview/update on the requirements of the Denver Green Buildings Ordinance (formerly the "Denver Green Roof Initiative"). Meeting will be 3 hours, and the cost is $50 per attendee.

Postponed until 2020 Q2 Meeting - 1.5 Day IIBEC National Class - Stucco and Exterior Finish Cladding Systems

Location: Hilton Garden Inn, 5445 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, Arvada, CO 80002

The IIBEC Stucco and Exterior Finish Cladding Systems course is a 1.5-day program and is the second specific exterior wall course that builds on the fundamentals presented in Exterior Walls and Science. The purpose of the course is to provide essential information on material properties, design principles, evaluation techniques, and repair methods for stucco and EIFS. Topics covered in this course include sound transmission, thermal bridging, coatings, testing methods, and the various codes and standards impacting stucco and EIFS systems. This in-depth course is recommended for those who have taken Exterior Walls Technology and Science and want to further expand on their knowledge of exterior wall systems. Stucco and Exterior Finish Cladding Systems will also serve as a good review course for those interested in taking the Registered Exterior Wall Consultant exam. Presented by: Matthew R.
